The story ofGotham Centralthe comic book is one of the unfortunate misfires in recent industry history. It sold better in trade-paperback format, but still remains quite an under-represented corner of the Batman comic universe. And now, DC have re-packaged the first 10 issues in a deluxe (expensive) hardback edition. Thankfully, prior knowledge of this is not necessary to enjoy the series in its own right. They handle the major cases, often involving some of Gothams more special criminals....

Good, solid entertaininment from a comedian who deserves still more exposure…. The tone word for Jeff Green and his show,Personal From A to Zis endearing. His first job was in a fairground in Rhyl For people who think Blackpools a bit too la-di-da! I laughed, I nodded, I laughed and nodded, and thats what you need. But its the content thats important, and this is a very enjoyable comedy, old-school without feeling stale....
