As the film continues to garner terrific reviews, Mark checks out the graphical novel that inspired Kick-Ass… I especially love Romitas drawing and design technique. But I didnt really see those as substantial enough flaws to detract from its higher values, as such. The film is more a distillation of the comic, but manages to capture enough of the essence.
