There is no flavor, no cleverness buried within the game.
You wont catch yourself smirking as you might inGTAwhile listening to the radio or walking by an NPC mid-conversation.
As for the much ballyhooed hacking element, it just doesnt wow me.
Has someone recently traveled to a foreign country?
Have they consulted with a plastic surgeon?
How about their bank balance?
I dont want to paint this game as nothing more than a trudge, though.
