Is she testing him and actually considering the offer?
Nevertheless, even Lagertha makes mistakes, and allowing Harald to live can be counted among her most grievous.
Shes seen too much to let him live, but the sexual encounter is a puzzler.
Regardless, its been well worth the wait.
