The Punisher: what can we expect from a solo Netflix series?

Warning: contains spoilers for Daredevil season 2.

Netflixs Marvel series have all performed well both critically and commercially.

So what can we expect from it?

If, indeed, they decide to keep him.

One characteristic of The Punisher in the comics is that not everything has to be personal for him.

Hes a criminals nightmare because you dont even have to provoke him hell come for you eventually.

Admittedly, this version of Castle is very different from the comics version in a lot of ways.

The nature of the character means recurring villains are, er, rare.

But if we had to pick one: Jigsaw.

and so much more.

However, wed also like to see Detective Soap make a showing.

Again, they already did a version of the character in thePunisher: War Zonemovie.

At this point, though, we dont even know when The Punishers series will be out.

At this point a Netflix series could go in almost any direction.
