Roman Polanski directs Pierce Brosnan and Ewan McGregor in The Ghost.
But is the film of Robert Harris' novel worth your time?
Or, maybe not.
In another directors hands, Harris novel could have been a straight political, all work and no play.
Polanski certainly doesnt shy away from that.
Polanski has faith in a good story, which he has here, and he tells it well.
And its in the details thatThe Ghostworks best.
Brosnans performance isnt so much an impersonation of Blair as it is a reflection.
Best of all is McGregor.
