This is a bigger game for Nintendo than any other right now, or ever, really.

This begged a question in my mind, a simple one… Why?

Starting out, youre convinced no matter what anyone tells you that this is aTekken-esque button smasher.

A little game play reveals thatBrawlspeaks with dulcet tones, but in a language you dont initially understand.

Like I said: dont take a stab at work it out.

This game is not at all interested in what your discerning mind thinks of it.

It knows its great, and doesnt give a shit if you dont.

Why do we love Nintendo?

Because they dont make games like anyone else, quite simply.

The closest I can come to describing it, is as a Jackson Pollack painting.

Your appreciation of what canvas and paint are for will never be quite the same.

Smash Brothersdoesnt do anything funky with the Wii-mote, because it doesnt need to.

If you need gimmicks, go elsewhere.

Scream if you wanna go faster!

So I will play, and play and play.

Ill search for the Rosetta Stone.

A single word recognised amongst the pages of code.

Thats why I havent played this game in six hours now, and I miss it.

Hey, Im old, but Im not dead…
