Star Wars: The Force Awakens – Why a Lightsaber Is Central to the Story

There’s always been significance to lightsabers in the Star Wars universe.

Its a concept that has never really been shaken off, and certainly not definitively refuted.

But, anyway I digress youll get used to that.

It would certainly seem to be a catalyst for the events that transpire.

Could it yet be returned to Luke?

Does he need it?

Does he want it?

Remember that broken lightsaber we mentioned earlier?

This idea could perhaps be extrapolated to a couple of ends.
