What isRise Of The Planet Of The Apes?
Is it a remake?
Or just another symptom of Hollywoods crippling lack of originality?
In truth, its probably a little bit of all of them.
Luckily for Fox, its in this area thatRise Of The Planet Of The Apesis at its strongest.
More effective, though given far less screen time, is John Lithgow as Rodmans Alzheimers-stricken father.
While this might suit life at Hogwarts, here it just seems out of place.
Thankfully, they do.
On the evidence of this installment, it has every reason to be optimistic.
