While some of these flourished, there was still the awkward feeling that they werent moving forward. Then came the highly-successful Kickstarter to bring backMST3Kwith a new cast, including new jumpsuit-wearing host Jonah Ray....

Theres gonna be a lot of upcoming trials and tribulations for our team in dealing with that. In the original 1984Voltronseries, Lotor was the son of King Zarkon. Hed get in dramatic sword battles with Keith and pilot robeasts himself. Lotor was a much more proactive villain than his father....

The narrative confines of Berenice arent quite as neat and clear cut, however. Ad content continues below Ultimately, that doesnt matter too, too much. The ongoing story Berenice is inserted into is by all appearances wonderful and worth the time investment. Bernice, itself, is also terrifically funny. Most impressively, however, the show never actually alludes to the bizarre 80s comedy. Either this is a masterstroke of comedic subtlety or Im a big dumb dumb....

Its one thing to be led by your passions but sometimes our passions have unintended consequences. If we lose the capacity to see ourselves in other people then we will devolve into these things....

Looking back now, these films provide a fascinating insight into the phenomenon of Beatlemania. Thanks to director Richard Lester, however, its probably the bands most artistically successful live-action film. The bands second film,Help!, is more of a mixed bag. Critics were less enamoured with this second outing, as were the band themselves. Help!would prove to be the Beatles last foray into live-action fiction. Their next effort,Magical Mystery Tour, was instead broadcast on BBC One for Boxing Day 1967....

Dom and the gang are back, but is the Fast and Furious franchise running out of gas? Only now, we have enhanced automobiles instead of enhanced humans. In fact, perfunctory is probably the best way to describeThe Fate of the Furious. Its also difficult to see where the increasingly over-the-top series goes from here. Either it retreats to a smaller, more intimate story again (street racing!) or it finds a way to reinvent itself for what will allegedly be its last two chapters....

Just like its main character Kevin Garvey,The Leftoversmiraculously survived. HBO obliged and granted Lindelof and co. eight final episodes to end their story on their own terms. The show can evoke every emotion on the spectrum just by exploring loss, grief, and faith. Without spoiling important specifics, the new season begins in a similar fashion to the last. Our principal characters are the same, but relationships have shifted and evolved....

Its calledExecutioner Number One, and it takes place in an alternate version of the present day. Whithouses script imagines that the vote passed in a landslide. With this slice of smart and scary satire, Whithouse has delivered something brilliant. [Laughs] The moustache? They all kind of pull together. And when did you settle on the 1974 bombings as this sort of jumping off point? And that for some reason that image kind of stuck with me....

The Lost City of Z star says his absence from Pacific Rim 2 was all about following his heart. I had to do the film whether I liked it or not. Its not that my heart is not in this. But thats just the pop in of man he is. Look for more from our talk with Charlie Hunnam next week!
