Everything from the amazingly complex subway to the Oz-like DC skyline presents a rosy picture of the future society.
Thats actually a problem, though, in some ways.
With a cast this wonderfully diverse, its a shame there arent any standout performances.
Its not entirely the actors fault, though.
TheMinority Reportdelivers a solid premiere with an interesting premise.
But will people line up for a second turn on the ride?
