Theres a place for that, as there is a place for most things in the movies.
The man has made some good movies; no one can deny that.
But the question I always end up asking myself is: are they good because hes in them?
Its not that we cant accept that hes capable of dishing us up a turkey.

Why, it is simply less than what we deserve.
This is a test of his commitment to De Niro, and whether he can be fully trusted.
Its made clear that if he looks in the bag, hes dead.
Weirdly, the story itself isnt too far away from Cusacks earlier motel scenario concept thrillerIdentity.
So good he made it twice, I guess.
Despite all that, its always great to see Crispin Glover being weird in literally anything.

Cusacks performance is…well, lets just say its less than stellar.
Lads, its not good.
Cusack stars here as a cop who has been chasing a particular serial killer for a long time.

So here we are; its the best of the bunch.
But this time, he fucked with the wrong couple.
This isnt a great movie.
Only time will tell us what the future holds for Mr Cusack.
