I suppose if you wanted a twist, it couldnt gotten more unexpected than this.
Thus unexpectedly beginning the season four finale on the day of his memorial service was a pleasantly noble surprise.
What is the big deal now?

At least not like this.
Lockhart is weak and a politician.
So, he orchestrates this FUBAR to fall on Lockharts shoulders.
So either Adal knew about the attack or he shouldnt have been there.
