PerhapsHeroes Reborns skittish appearance is directly tied to the varying quality of its many threads.
For instance, I love Mikos storyline so far.
Zachary Levi may be sorely miscast.
Acting tortured, solemn, or grief-stricken is one thing, but coming across as wooden is another.
When your most marketable trait as an actor is your charisma, you cant appear this dull.
Luke asks Why are we doing this?
Shes a trigger happy Evo-killer just because.

But the revelation that Luke has abilities finally adds some real drama to their plot.
Did Luke cause the explosion on June 13th?
Did he cause his sons death?
Is he aware that he did this?
I smell a face turn for Luke coming, because Levis talents are being wasted as a baddie.
Finally, the El Vengador stuff just isnt doing it for me.
But hey, Father Smokey (thats his new name, deal with it) is pretty cool.
But dont give up yet, true believers, because were just getting started.
