What is Helix setting up for?

Well, we’re not exactly sure.

No one can accuse this series of leaving too many conflicts unresolved.

However, turning everything on its head has consequences for the buy-in of the audience as well.

And how about that Quasimodo couple, huh?

Wait, why am I watching this?

But was it needed?

I almost think the writers might be trying to fool us.

Would they really use such an unusual birth just to motivate Sarah to work in population control in 2029?

Dont you want to do something with the stem cells or something equally gruesome?

I definitely wanted more payoff from this subplot.

The irony is not lost on me, but the whys and the wherefores are.

And in the end, thats probably the whole point.
