For in The Girl Who Died, there might just be quite a lot going on.
Instead, were hugely intrigued already as to where its all going to go.

The basics, then.
Vikings, as it happens, that arent immediately on the friendly side.
Director Ed Bazalgette certainly does, and youre not shortchanged on foliage and blue sky.
Mind you, its not long before events escalate and a bigger threat is established.
Her character feels almost finished, andThe Girl Who Dieddoesnt do much to redress that.
At least not yet.
In short, theres a surprising amount to discuss for a part one of a story.
Theres also a guest starring role from Maisie Williams.
Heres one spoiler for you: theres no oyster cart.
But there is a character that, thus far, raises more questions than answers.
Because The Girl Who Died is very enjoyable, a good set-up, and Capaldis gold, too.
