Daredevil had become too erratic to the point that he was getting in street fights with cops.

Matt was able to move forward in the world and live without the stress of his double-life.
Now that theyve broken Fisk, theyve set their sights on Matt Murdock and Hells Kitchen.
Mainly for gentrification reasons.

Starting in May, Matt Murdock will complete his groove-get-backing by returning to the red devil tights.
