Episode 2 of Daredevil offers up one of the MCU’s best fight scenes ever.
But that presents us with a problem.

After capturing one of the gangsters as he searches the apartment building, Murdock tortures him for information.
Despite being injured, Daredevil manages to take out the entire Russian gang and rescue the boy.

Its great because its as much acting as fighting.
Its not as if you have to try and hold someones attention after theyve changed channels.
This episode had one new character: Rosario Dawsons Claire Temple.
Given that hes coming up in his own Netflix series, there might be something in that.
and who originally appeared inDaredevil (1963) #25.
One of the mobsters who threatens Matts father during the flashback is called Silke.
Im fairly sure that means hes named for, maybe even related to Sammy Silke Jr.
In the comics, Silke Jr. is a mobster who was a contemporary of the Kingpins son.
(Its really good.)
Sweeney, meanwhile, is Roscoe Sweeney, aka The Fixer.
Its interesting that we didnt actually see Jack Murdocks fight against Crusher Creel.
That leaves it open to still be the same guy fromAgents Of SHIELD, at least for now.
It first appeared inDaredevil (1963) #160and famously has only one rule: take the violence outside.
