As a film,Collateral Damagehas several flaws.
Secondly, it feels toned down.

As braindead, implausible fodder,Collateral Damagedoes have a place on the shelves.
And at a base level, its not bereft of entertainment.
The Blu-ray though is really quite smart.
The extras are quite conventional, and theres nothing new for the Blu-ray.
So you get a quite good directors commentary track, as well as some run of the mill featurettes.
You get some deleted scenes, too.
