Its absolutely bonkers, anime-themed action all the way in Asuras Wrath…
It takes guts to put out a game that tries to legitimately do something new these days.
Thats outside of indie downloadable games, anyway.
This is whereAsuras Wrathinstantly appeals, and its a game that isnt afraid to buck the trend.
Hes then banished from his own world and awakes thousands of years later to discover the world in ruins.
Now, this sounds like a rather typical plot, and at its core, it is.
Seriously, some of the confrontations here makeGod of Wars epic-scale bosses look positively tame in comparison.
The bottom line here is I want to actuallyplaya game.
These are fairly basic too, but break up the melee combat and cut-scenes.
Asuras Wrathis a game that simply lets itself down.
But, with such little actual content, it ends up being a missed opportunity.
