Fortunately, the aliens on the bus assume human form. But heck, its fun nonsense. Every criticism you could throw at it probably sticks, after all. Yet this reviewer would take it overTime And The Raniany day… The Extras As with mostDoctor Whodiscs, the extras package here is quite exceptional....

Theres only room for one big bad guy in this fairytale world! The game opens with a story about a kingdom in decline. His daughter is obsessed with the Dwarves, and his eldest son is a wannabe Elf. This is all depicted in third person, with the nunchuck stick used to control the Overlords movement. Pressing Z or shaking the nunchuck will also make him attack. Control The Wiimote is used to interact with the world and to command your minions....

The forebears of the hugely successful modern superheroes are examined in this new book… Meaning superhero, of course. Even by these early stages of the Golden Age, certain tropes of the form are already in place. This often makes the content a little stiff and awkward, but never dull. Of course, there are exceptions moments of wide-eyed transcendence. Supermen!is a nice, well-made edition, with spotty, but historically important contents. However, it is hard to see few but the collectors being satisfied....

One of the best American indie movies of the past decade finally arrives on disc in the UK. It was writer/director Kevin Smith who pretty much nailed whats so great about the indie hitJunebug. And if youve missed the film before, it offers an ideal chance to catch up. ButJunebugisnt really that film. Dont worry though: no spoilers here. This ones a fun movie to discover for yourself. And shes outstanding here....

Ken Loach recruits Eric Cantona for his latest, Look For Eric. Could it give him the biggest commercial success of his career? Did it open with PixarsUP? Michael HanekesThe White Ribbonwon; I just Googled it. But respect is one thing, popularity another. The results are unusually believable, funny and therefore touching. And, lets face it, Eric Cantonas a fucking legend too. Rating: 5 out of 5

Is this really the videogame that Ghostbusters fans have been waiting for? Ive played a fair fewGhostbustersgames in my time. So, can this latest attempt to get video game gold out of the franchise succeed where others failed? Busting ghosts is a fairly straightforward process. Blast the ghost with the R2 button to wear down its energy before firing a capture stream with L1. Throw out a trap with the square button, get the ghost over the trap and youre done....

But thats only during the set up. Needless to say, Sam starts seeing things, and generally going a bit nutty. Its certainly rare in sci-fi. Of course, the bit Im avoiding talking about is the big twist. The effects on the moon are akin to the Red Dwarf model work (i.e. great), and the production is of a high standard. Its a definite must see and it is worth almost every star garnished upon it....

One of Kevin Costner’s biggest hits, it’s Alan Rickman who nonetheless dominates Robin Hood. We review the Blu-ray. But Bergin, bluntly, never stood a chance. The bonus is you get more Rickman, but you pay a price for it. The audio gets a bigger improvement, with a fully-fleshed surround track at work. The excellent score comes across well, and the soundstage is broad and very effective. You do get a solid commentary that unites Costner and director Kevin Reynolds, and its decent enough....

The superheroes of the supernatural are back looking better than ever, as Ghostbusters arrives on Blu-ray… When I was five years old something changed my life forever. Ghostbusterswas, in many ways, the first blockbuster comedy. Real wrath of god throw in stuff, dog and cats living together, mass hysteria! The most stand-out thing about the Blu-ray edition is the quality of the sound. Ive owned this film on VHS, DVD and Blu-ray and the sound mix on this is superb....
