Here it seems that just making it through another day is that which drives McDonagh. Its Cages performance, though, that givesPort Of Callso much of its energy. Just sitting down in a chair becomes a wildly over-the-top, exaggerated performance. Next to Cage the rest of the cast barely get a look in....

Can this mildly entertaining TV show, Sanctuary, cut it as a DVD boxed set? Its an interesting premise. Many would call them monsters, but Magus counts several among her friends. Why theyre still alive is something weve no intention of spoiling for you. The mansion plays host to all sorts of weird and wonderful creatures. Although located in the middle of a busy city, the neighbours never seem to notice whats going on....

Gremlins is a great, classic 80s film with a unique blend of adorable and dark. Just typing those last few words makes this reviewer feel very, very old. On the audio side of things, the news is better. The upgraded surround mix is active, vibrant and effective. You also get a very tatty looking featurette from the time of the films release. You also get a gallery, some extra scenes and trailers....

Not only is it entirely possible here, its practically encouraged. you’re free to even feed black pudding to a gorilla! In fact,Scribblenautsgoes way beyond merely playing God. Here you could literally kill God. Repeatedly, if you so wish. Its a shame, then, that the gameplay itself rarely lives up to this enticing premise....

I find the vagueness and longevity of the games quite dull. So I was quite surprised by how much I enjoyedGemini Lost. It is a life sim, but with set goals and plenty to keep you occupied throughout gameplay. The storyline is good, too. A group of people are wandering the land when suddenly the sun disappears behind the moon. Understandably quite confused, they become even more so when they see a strange light glowing in the distance....

This is a game for kids, after all. Phillips is excellent at matching the right sounds for the right occasion and that certainly shows here. Having listened to this soundtrack a few times, EA were wise to give Phillips the job. Bright and breezy for the first five tracks, things take a mysterious, pan-Asian turn with the wonderfulSporeZone. It reminded me very much of Thomas Newmans work on theRoad To Perdition....

Not a good start for our leading man. One slight problem I have noticed this time around is the lack of puzzle solving through the story mode. The puzzles themselves follow the same principal as the first game. Admittedly, this was a concern of mine when it was first announced. I was worried firstly if multiplayer would work and secondly if it was really needed. However, since I downloaded the beta version I realised just how wrong I was....

Chuck season 2 arrives on DVD: he’s not shaken, just nerd… I loved the first season ofChuck. Hes utterly believable in a completely unbelievable role. That said, he does have terrific support. Its an insanely good, and nerdy, piece of television. Naturally, these frequently overlap, with lots of visits to the aforementioned Buy More included. You cant beat Unleash the Casey, after all.
